Shipping

We currently offer Flat Rate Shipping charges as follows:

  • Ground Shipping: $6
  • FedEx 2nd Day: $14
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: $35

You may select these options during checkout. In-stock orders ship within 1 business day.

For customers in the continental US:

  • All orders ship via FedEx.
  • Ground shipping via FedEx Home Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Note that FedEx Home Delivery does not pickup or deliver on Mondays. FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on Saturdays.
  • When your order ships, we will send you an email with your package tracking information. You may then go to Fedex.com to track your package.

For customers in Alaska and Hawaii:

  • Orders ship via US Postal Service.
  • Shipping via USPS Priority Mail typically takes 3 days.
  • Your order will be delivered with Delivery Confirmation service. Sorry, no package tracking is available with this service.

For International Customers:

  • For international shipments outside of the US, orders ship via US Postal Service.

Notes on Shipping:

  • Sorry, we do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please let us know if you desire this service so that we may determine our customers’ interest.

Fit Guarantee, Returns & Exchanges

30 day "no hassle" Return Policy

We think these will be the best garments you will ever buy.  As a result, we honor a 30-day, no questions asked guarantee.  If our product doesn't fit the way you want, doesn't look the way you expected, or is in any way not to your satisfaction, feel free to return them within 30 days and we'll refund your order.  


The pants must be in unused condition. Returns and exchanges may take up to 10 days to process.


The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you ship your pants via a traceable and insured method, such as FedEx or UPS. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning your pants. Please add the Return Authorization Number to your package shipping label or write it clearly on the package. This ensures that we know what to do with the returned pants when we receive them. The Return Authorization number is valid for 10 days after it has been issued.

After receiving a Return Authorization Number, you may send your pants to our shipping facility:

Warranty

Thunderbolt Sportswear guarantees that our pants will stand up to the use for which they are designed. If the pants fail due to a manufacturing defect within one year of your purchase date, we will repair them without charge or replace them, at our discretion.

Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accident, improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.

Any defective pants must be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Pants sent for warranty evaluation MUST BE CLEANED prior to shipping.

As with product returns, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning your pants for warranty evaluation. Please add the Return Authorization Number to your package shipping label or write it clearly on the package.
