You may return your pants to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a size exchange or to receive a refund on the purchase price of the item.

The pants must be in unused condition. Returns and exchanges may take up to 10 days to process.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you ship your pants via a traceable and insured method, such as FedEx or UPS. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

IMPORTANT
Please email or call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning your pants. Please add the Return Authorization Number to your package shipping label or write it clearly on the package. This ensures that we know what to do with the returned pants when we receive them. The Return Authorization number is valid for 10 days after it has been issued.

One Year Warranty
Thunderbolt Sportswear guarantees that our pants will stand up to the use for which they are designed. We provide a one year warranty to the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship. If the pants fail due to a manufacturing defect within one year of your purchase date, we will repair them without charge or replace them, at our discretion.

Rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accident, improper care, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.

Any defective pants must be returned to us for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Pants sent for warranty evaluation MUST BE CLEANED prior to shipping.

As with product returns, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning your pants for warranty evaluation. Please add the Return Authorization Number to your package shipping label or write it clearly on the package.
